With over 15 years of leadership in business banking, Adam has helped fund more than $600 million in business loans across the United States.

But Adam’s understanding of business success goes beyond banking. He grew up in family-owned businesses, learning early what it takes to build and sustain an operation from the inside out. That foundation — rooted in entrepreneurial hustle, resilience, and practical problem-solving — drives his approach to every client engagement today.

Adam's work history includes - National Sales Manager for the SBA/USDA division at a growing bank, where Adam led year-over-year improvements in loan closings and propelled the team’s SBA 7a production ranking from 93rd to 44th nationally.
